Join me in the soft, undulating beauty of the heart in a creative sacred space with the power of Mama Cacao.
During the morning we will soften into sacred space, allowing all the distractions and pulls on your attention to dissolve into the depth of the moment. Honouring where you are, where you have reached you will deepen into Sacred Essence and the allowance of the deep hearted nourishment you are called to bring alive in your body, mind and heart.
Working with gentle Feminine Practices you will be opening to receive the gifts of Mama Cacao while allowing the mind to rest and the heart to open and receive the nurturance and beauty of your being. In the sweetness of this activation you will bring alive the communion of Sacred Essence, which is the power of your creativity through moving in a free flowing, intuitive creative expression. Working with mixed media you will build and layer a piece of art that speaks from your soul. Weaving your soulfulness into form through collaging, colour, texture, mark making and gentle play you will take home a piece of artwork that will reflect to you the beauty of your Sacred Essence and the unseen beauty of your heart.
The Workshop includes:
Feminine Embodiment Practices - opening to the subtle, dropping into the deep.
Meeting Mama Cacao - with powerful cacao from the Solomon Islands that is consciously held with the farmers and bought to you in total transparency and in service to the local people and farming community.
Creativity - moving with the unfolding dialogue activated in our morning session you will work with materials in the studio, collaging, painting, mark making and trusting the unseen Beauty of your heart to create a mixed media piece filled with the expression of your inner knowing, the inner recesses of your heart and an intimate Message of Awakening.
You will take home a finished piece of artwork on beautiful archival paper than you can also frame.
