‘The Red Thread’ Series

The Red Thread is known across many cultures and religious or spiritual practice including in China, Japan, Hinduism, Kabbalah tradition, Jewish Tradition, Greeks, Latin America, Buddhism and Tibetan Cultures. There are nuances of meaning across cultures, but the main meaning is that an invisible red thread connects people who are destined to meet, no matter the time, place, or circumstances. This thread might get tangled or stretched, but it will never break. In the end, the people tied by this thread will find each other, no matter what happens in their lives.

Transcending borders and cultures, carrying profound symbolism and meaning The Red Thread connects you to the honouring of the Divine, Fate, Destiny and a personal reminder of the forces that shape our lives. It is all interpreted as a symbol of protection, warding off negative energy and bringing good luck. For some, it serves as a personal talisman, representing love, destiny, or spiritual connection.

This series was inspired by a meditation on the The Red Thread and my own gifting of a Red Thread by a Tibetan Monk at the Temple of Kathmandu in Nepal..
